In only 5 days, the fantastical Sherry Vine's parody of Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance," the scatalogical "I Sh!t My Pants," has received so much love from all you happy Interwebs warriors that it has more than one million hits! Well, as of this posting, it has 1,016,679. I couldn't be happier for Sherry. Wipe, wipe, flush it, baby! Work it! Damn, that smells crazy!
Once again, I hear Sherry's voice whenever I hear the original song she's parodied, like I did last night when I was dancing to "Bad Romance" at Vandam. I still can't listen to Madonna and Justin Timberlake's "4 Minutes" without hearing Sherry's parody (below). I worked with Sherry for over a year--and would laugh like it was the first time I heard it every time she'd sing it or show the video, directed by Francis Legge.
You can congratulate Sherry in person tonight at Eastern Bloc, where she'll be DJing her Sherry's Big Sexyland party. She might play one of these songs below.
