Another F Word, another overflowing camera when I come to the next day. Facebook status updates and images piece together the night--well, some of it. Of course, the fantastical Amanda Lepore (pictured above, and with JR on the right) was there, dancing the night away in the VIP area behind Cazwell, who was spinning up a storm before DJ Bill Coleman came on. I shared a drink or three with Josie Raler (pictured below left), whose Chanel necklace didn't survive the evening, and Jackie Birdy (pictured below right), who was killing me with her "incognito" gas mask with just the ride shade of red for her lips.
I went up to Jane Lane's (pictured below left) Fudgepacking Lounge to hang with the gang and to enjoy the sounds of Sherry Vine, who was DJ'ing a spinsational 80s set and rocking a Dale Bozzio-inspired 'do. I had to run up and tell her how much I loved that she was playing Klymaxx's "Meeting in the Ladies Room." I'll be your freakazoid-zoid-zoid-zoid-zoid-zoid.
I still have so many pictures to go through. Above are a couple of Yuhua Hamasaki (left) and Demanda Dahling (right) until I organize and upload the rest. On the mezzanine, Francis Legge (pictured below in a snap-off between him and me) was filming visuals for the F Word, enlisting everyone in a romp that drew crowds filming and flashing with cell phones and cameras.
Here's a taste of the action, with Baby Jane, Jonni Rendi, JR, Kyle, Felicity Starr Dust, Cherry Jubliee, Yuhua, and Monique Fontaine in the mix.
I can't wait to see what Francis does with the material, which will have to be heavily edited to be uploaded onto YouTube.
